Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy that indicates you have 7 days to request a return after receiving the product.

To be entitled to a return, your product must be unused, fresh, and in its original packing.

For commencing a return, you can email us at (hello@nptw.au). If your return is acknowledged, instructions on how and where to send your parcel will be mentioned. Products sent back to us, without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Concerns

Please check your order upon receiving it, and get in touch with us promptly, if there are any issues.

Exceptions/Non-returnable products

Used or unpacked products cannot be returned. Please reach out to us, if you have any queries. Regretfully, we cannot accept any returns for sale items.

Refunds

We will let you know, once we have received and checked your return, and we will update you if your refund is accepted. When acknowledged, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and return the refund to you.
